After a successful academic research career and Doctoral degree in Cardiovascular and Respiratory Science at the Faculty of Medicine in Calgary, Conan followed his passion in sport and exercise. The training and research experience in his academic background drives the exercise, rehabilitation, and sport programs he writes now every day. As a long time member of the sport community, and a Personal Trainer and Strength Coach for over 15 years, Conan has applied a consistent approach with a broad clientele. He has coached both development youth and elite high performance athletes in different sports. He has recently expanded on yoga practice as a certified teacher and continues to develop the yoga career. Conan specialises in movement & rehabilitation, fitness and physical preparation, season performance planning, skill acquisition, and performance analytics. 


He models fitness by living an active  lifestyle as a rugby referee, weightlifter, yacht race crew, and regular yoga practice.

It takes commitment to run a successful company in the industry for more than 16 years. Conan has worked in Toronto, BC Lowermainland, and Calgary. He takes pride in providing elevated service standards and maintaining a reputation for success. With a background in medical research Conan practices with a keen knowledge and sense of the body for alignment, movement, and balance. Clients benefit from a learned and expert approach to wellness.
